Il consiglio della Regione Marche il 30 settembre, ha approvato la mozione contro le politiche securitarie del governo, presentata da PRC e SD, ed ha aderito alla Marcia della Convivenza del 4 ottobre 2008 ad Ancona… MA SI E’ DIMENTICATO DEL CPT CHE L GOVERNO BERLUSCONI VUOLE IMPORRE NELLE MARCHE (E PROBABILMENTE PROPRIO QUI A FALCONARA…). ANDIAMO A RICORDARGLIELO!!!

 


I diritti di chi?
I diritti non hanno confini. Quando i governi confinano i diritti di alcuni, sono a rischio i diritti e le libertà di tutti. Le furiose campagne di criminalizzazione dei migranti a cui abbiamo assistito negli ultimi mesi sono servite a giustificare leggi che in nome della sicurezza ci rapinano dei nostri diritti fondamentali, ci rendono sudditi dei sindaci-sceriffi, invadono le nostre città di telecamere e militari: il pacchetto-sicurezza è solo un enorme furto di democrazia.

La sicurezza di chi?
La sicurezza di cui abbiamo bisogno è quella del reddito, delle garanzie sociali, della sanità, della scuola, della casa, della salute, della nostra vita sottratta alla precarietà. Questa sicurezza non ha etnia, razza o religione: è un diritto di tutti che ci unisce nella comune necessità di lottare per la sua conquista. La sicurezza di cui parlano i governi è ben altra cosa: è la sicurezza di coloro che sulla nostra precarietà fanno enormi profitti, che vedono i nostri diritti come un costo da ridurre il più possibile, che hanno bisogno del razzismo come giustificazione allo sfruttamento disumano dei migranti, che hanno bisogno di migranti costretti alla clandestinità perchè costituiscono una forza-lavoro ricattabile ed a prezzi stracciati.

La paura di chi?
Diffondere la paura verso i migranti è sempre un buon sistema per dividerci tra persone che invece vivono la stessa dura realtà quotidiana e per distogliere l’attenzione sociale dai reali meccanismi che ci riducono alla fame. I migranti producono un’enorme ricchezza. I precari producono un’enorme ricchezza. Tutti i lavoratori, in qualsiasi settore siano inseriti, producono un’enorme ricchezza. Noi non abbiamo paura dei migranti: abbiamo paura di chi brucia le nostre ricchezze nei mercati finanziari, di chi ordina le guerre, di chi licenzia, espelle e rinchiude a seconda della propria convenienza, di chi ci fa morire sui ponteggi di qualche edificio.

La democrazia di chi?
Nel cuore dell’Italia e dell’Europa che si dicono democratiche esistono lager per migranti: attualmente in Italia si chiamano C.I.E. (Centri di Identificazione ed Espulsione), il nuovo nome che il ministro Maroni ha voluto attribuire ai CPT. Ne vogliono costruire uno per regione e le Marche sono in lista di attesa. Nel cuore dell’Italia che si dice democratica le leggi non sono uguali per tutti: ci sono leggi speciali riservate ai migranti. Sono leggi speciali che puniscono più severamente e consentono di rinchiudere un migrante in un lager solo perchè è irregolare; costringono a pagare centinaia di euro per avere un permesso di soggiorno che viene rilasciato solo dopo lunghi mesi di trafile burocratiche; limitano drasticamente il diritto al ricongiungimento con i propri familiari; come nell’Italia nazi-fascista di settant’anni fa consentono di dichiarare lo stato di emergenza per la presenza di comunità Rom e di prelevare le impronte digitali ai bambini. Nel cuore dell’Italia che si dice democratica i militari pattugliano le nostre città.

Questa non è la nostra democrazia, nè la nostra sicurezza!

Sabato 4 ottobre saremo nelle strade di Ancona per dire:

–  Che tutti i Centri Identificazione ed Espulsione devono essere chiusi

–  Che le Marche non possono accettare nel proprio territorio nessun Centro di Identificazione ed    Espulsione

–  Che ogni razzismo è nemico non solo dei migranti ma dei diritti e delle lotte di tutti

–  Che non vogliamo nelle nostre città i militari, i sindaci-sceriffo, le schedature etniche e     dell’infanzia

–  Che le politiche sull’immigrazione devono esser radicalmente cambiate

–  Che il ricatto del permesso di soggiorno deve finire attribuendo agli uffici comunali il rilascio in tempi rapidi del documento

Concentramento manifestazione:
sabato 4 ottobre alle ore 16.00 presso i Giardinetti di Piazza Ugo Bassi – Ancona.
